Some SIP companies cater only to large businesses because of the money. Us little guys don't have the $ to get their attention.
Some SIP's are made to apply over a framed structure. The SIP contributes to the structure in a significant way, but isn't made as a stand alone product.
Some SIP's are independently structural with no thermal breaks. I've only been able find those with OSB skins. Other skins aren't structural enough.
Some use Nada Core (or similar), but are $$$$$.
