Hunkered in the bunker.
Great video of crazed reporters chasing her custom van .......

Just your average grandma…

Hillary rode in a souped-up Chevy Explorer SE van with several special features. This model starts
over $75,000… And it only gets 16-18 miles per gallon.

The Examiner reported:

The van, however, isn’t an everyday minivan or even a full-sized van. It’s a luxury vehicle outiftted with top amenities.

Specifically: It’s a limited edition Chevrolet Express van upfitted with a Limited SE packed by Explorer Vans company “It’s very luxurious,” a salesman who helped deliver this vehicle tells me on the phone. “I’d rank it up there with the best.”

The model being used to chauffeur Hillary Clinton around has a gray leather interior, heated seat, a 29 inch Samsung television, and a Blu-ray DVD player.

There is no refrigerator in the van. However, Hillary’s model does feature an ice chest between the two front seats. (Which might have been used to keep her cottage cheese cold.) The middle chairs are swivel and quick release. Indirect lighting (like mood lighting) throughout the vans.

Oh, and there’s a bed. The power sofa in the rear of the vehicle converts into a bed. But given the fact it’s only a 6 foot wide vehicle, it might have been a little hard to get a proper night’s sleep in it.

But it’s not exactly great for the environment. It’s a 2014 model all-wheel-drive that gets only 16-18 miles per gallon.

:D

Doesn't sound all that "upfitted" to me.

I had the same problem with the thread titled "Doing America" . . .

At least she is not in a giant bus like most of the others.

Supposedly she has been stopping in fast food places and not being recognized. Hard to believe.
Not hard for me to believe. I took a 2nd job for a while at a coffee shop. A rather prominent politician came in one time. I was like, hey isn't that so & so. All I got was blank stares from my coworkers. Probably the same blank stare that was on my face when everyone around me got excited because a sports celebrity walked in. Just depends what you do with your brain on your own time.

And how good your face recognition skills are!

Mine are absolutely the worst. I've had customers come up to me in restaurants and stores and start talking to me about their account and I have absolutely no clue who they are...the face looks familiar but I couldn't tell you their name or which business they run. I end up asking them to give me a business card so I don't forget to call them the next day... :D

I think I might recognize the President but then maybe not...the rest of them, not a chance!! Same goes for my favorite music artists...unless they broke into song I would have no clue...

( have seen a lot of angry white women that looked like her.

When I worked airport security many years ago (before the Feds took over and botched it), we'd have celebrities come through all the time. I treated them normally, like anyone else. Often they appreciate that. They don't want a lot of hoopla and excitement. Those that do, might as well go elsewhere, they won't get it from me. Best one's I ever encountered were the singer Sting (nice guy, really!) and Telly Savalas (a really nice guy!).
It was always the 'local notables', especially politicos and TV news talking heads who gave us the most trouble.

Co-worker and I saw... someone at the airport one day. We both knew we knew him as a public figure from... somewhere.

My best guess: Prince Charles. No way he wouldn't have security and be swarmed publicly anyway. Wasn't until the taxi ride from the airport that co-worker yelled, correctly, "Ted Koppel!"

Ignored this thread before lol, but had to see where it went. So far, it's a troll fail...
