Wow that sounds promising! Let us know what you think about. BTW I have seen a few news articles recently about coffee. One was talking about how coffee reduced skin cancer. Although I thing they determined the caffeine was the ingredient that was doing the work.

The other article was about how they (researchers) have found drinking coffee might reduce alzheimer's.

I forgot to say even though phenol's is natural it is a acid which is probably the thing that makes us get those stomach aches and acid reflux. It just grows naturally to protect the plants or fruits.
Well thats good to know caffeine is good for something!

I'm with SL1966 , Rooibos is my all time favorite tea. It has an amazing flavor all on it's own... it tastes almost like the smell of pipe tobacco... But in a good way, not the ****** ashtray way.

If you are serious about tea(read tea snob) you will get the loose leaf stuff. The crap in the bags is the stuff they sweep up off the floor after they're done making the loose leaf stuff

And as far as cost for the tea goes, I shop at Amazon almost all the time.

it's around $14 a pound for loose leaf and the same for a box of 100 bags

http://www.amazon.com/Davidsons-Tea...id=1343279582&sr=8-1&keywords=Rooibos

http://www.amazon.com/Davidsons-Org...id=1343279582&sr=8-2&keywords=Rooibos

OK, I finally made it to the Teavana shop and picked up some tea. I ended up getting the Tulsi Dosha Chai rooibos. All I can say is this is the best tea I have ever had by far. WOW!!! Good stuff.

Not cheep, I picked up a tin and a 1/2 pound for a Grant. I see a good habit forming
