Help please

I'm new to the forum and when I downloaded my avatar...it downloaded upside down (as you can see...lol).  I have tried putting it in upside down to see if it would then post right side up...it didn't.  Any idea how to fix this issue?  I would sure appreciate it.  Thanks, Teresa

Have you tried to 'edit' the photo in your computer or smartphone?

What is the source of the photo? Smartphone or camera or website?

Or from your hard drive?

When you say 'download' do you mean upload?

Reason I ask is there is probably some metadata in the image that is causing that.

Should be simple to fix.

Upload, download...don't know the difference.  I took it from my cell phone and transferred it to my computer and then I put it on here.  Oh...and yes, I have been down under...lol. T-
