Hello all,
I am just getting started in the vandwelling world and found my way here vou youtube.
Vandwelling is scheduled to start Thanksgiving week when I will leave St Louis and head back to the west coast where I have spent all my life except the last year.
Yeah.
My job is such that I can work from anyplace I have internet and cell phone access and can get to an airport in a "reasonable" amount of time... and I figure I can get from the depths of nature to a regional in around 4 hours.
Like I say schedule departure Thanksgiving weekend but... no rig yet. At first I'd been thinking an 89-93 e 250/350 class B. I'm REALLY wanted one with the rear dinette and to complicate things even more I was hoping it wouldn't be shit brown. So far I think I have seen 3 that meet that, and they been over priced or super dumpy. I've toyed with the idea of a calss C but I don't think they would be nimble enough for back country.
Oh yeah, my goal is to be back country dirt roads mountains with the occasion trip to the ocean.
I know dreams.
Bye for now.
