Head Hygeine

I have been on the road for 3 years now. I have chainged vehicles 4 times, been in and out of an apt twice.

I have taken the time to order and file my thinking. I consider it part of my hygeine routine.

How this has helped me is to prune any beliefs that have no support structure of evidence.

10% bleach solution in a spray bottle works good to keep the head sanitized.
