I've been posting here & there in the Girls' Room, but I'm going to say "Hi!" out here in the open, too.  I was one of the cheaters at the RTR, staying in a motel but learning everything I could because I knew I was soon going to be divorced and flat broke and possibly living in my car.  Sure enough, that's looking more and more likely as a temporary stopgap measure.  It's scary starting over with nothing when you're pushing 60 and have health problems, but I've learned so much from all y'all in the last year, between the videos and the website, that I know I'll survive.  Hooray for the RTR and CheapRVLiving!

Welcome! Your situation sounds frustrating, but you'll get lots of support and assistance here. Hopefully sunny days ahead!

Welcome, Karla! I was in your shoes almost exactly 3 years ago (March 15th to be exact). Starting over from ZERO is definitely not for the faint-hearted but can be done! One foot in front of the other, and soon you'll be walking 'cross the floor! (1970's Santa Clause is Coming to Town) Or driving through the desert!  :p

Welcome to the CRVL Forums   :)

All the best in finding a Van to set up and hit the road with.   Hopefully you can find an area where you can move
back and forth between for winter and summer weather. (without a lot of driving)

Well , welcome out in the open.
And welcome to your new lifestyle.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
