Finally decided to check out the forum, read quite a few of the posts, &amp; really liked it, so I joined.</font></b></div><div><b><font face="Arial"><br></font></b></div><div><b><font face="Arial">I have an old '74 GMC class C which I've been working on for about a year &amp; a half, but it's not ready for the road yet. Also have a little 5x8 cargo trailer conversion I did myself about 3 years ago, which turned out better than I expected, &amp; I'm real happy with. Really hoping to get out &amp; go somewhere with it again sometime this year!</font></b></div><div><b><font face="Arial"><br></font></b></div><div><b><font face="Arial">Absolutely dying to hit the road again this year, &amp; hoping to meet some of you like-minded folks! Welcome Joey, glad you finally decided to come out of lurkdum! You'll be one of the lucky ones if you can keep the house AND travel! Ever thought about renting it out? That may be an idea If you wanted to travel for a long while, then if you didn't like being on the road all the time you'd be able to just go back to the house. A property management company could take care of it for you and I think they just get a percentage of the rent amount, but I'm not at all sure how that works, just another idea.

Yup- been on several camp outs with " tha Ga folks" and I'm from Alabama! Imagine that! We usually go to the Cherokee Natl forest, in Tenn., about 50 miles or so from Murphy, NC, and there is a thread started discussing the possibility of a Kentucky gtg. ( look in the "gatherings" section)
Trailer looks awesome! Bet cha could hang beef in there with that roof AC!
