...the Earth says hello.
Yeah. I'm about as awkward as Willy Wonka in the second Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, however, I am not rude.
So, I just wanted to wave hello to all of my fellow adventurers. <waving> I just pictured myself waving my hand under my chin a la Little Rascals. <eyeroll> See what I mean about "awkward"? I have no clue why my brain goes where it does sometimes, and ever since I have stop questioning - scratch that - ever since I have stopped fighting it, I have had many fun and exciting adventures!
One day, one very dreary day, I decided I was going to turn my minivan into a camper. I had a paid-off Kia Sedona that no longer heard the chatter of busy kids coming in from or going to practice. Soccer, cheerleading, softball, baseball, cross country...those chapters were over and I resented driving around a van that hauled what felt like a lot of emptiness.
So, in winter of 2015, I started sketching and with a little help from some talented friends, my dream became a reality. Enter Luna the MiniVamper. March of 2016, Luna and I set sail on a maiden voyage. I ventured out of my little suburbia bubble and found out the world is not so cruel. Not even a little bit!
Thanks for letting me into your tribe...it's nice when you meet a kindred (;
