Giddy as a school girl on inverter/battery purchase

I have been trying to contact a seller on Criagslist with no luck. The phone voicemail was full and no responses from email.

Finally get a response via email. Turns out he posted an old phone number. He was wondering why no one was calling?

I am no where near  setting up house system in my S10 but this was "such a deal'.

All items were just take out of a 2014 van and are less then 2 years old.

Included:
Magnum ME3112 inverter/charger
Magnum RC50 remote control
Noco Battery box
Trojan L16P-AC battery (2)
All wiring with fuses,ac box etc.

This is all a little bit more then I had planned on doing but I added everything up and came to about $2500 new.

I got it all for $400!

The batteries did fine on a old school load tester.

The plan is to wire it up in my garage this weekend with a 120 plug to maintain/charge the batteries.

236 Lbs of lead should do well on a load tester designed for a ~50Lb starting battery.

The hydrometer will reveal how charged they are. But not necessarily their health

Only a 20 hr capacity test can reveal how much capacity remains to any degree of accuracy.

But they are a very durable battery. The sooner you get the specific gravity to 1.277 or higher on all cells, the better.
