Fridge freezer mod

I haven't done this yet but I know it will work. 
Take a 12 volt fridge freezer and put a sheet of rigid foam board inside to create a divider to make a dual zone  freezer fridge , the side closet to the electronics is the freezer and the other side is the fridge
I know that It will work because my dometic cf 35 comes close to working that way even without the foam board. You just have to set the temp high enough. 
Should work the same way for the chest type Engels too.

yeah, you can't do that with the Engels because the evaporator goes all the way around the inner sides. I think that is one of the reasons they cool so fast. highdesertranger
