I'm thinking about going to Texas and setting up my domicile through escapees, as I plan on making Texas my home state. My question is for those of you who are self employed. Have any of you done this and set up your business license as well? Does Livingston require a business license for freelancers? I would like to go and do all of this all at one time. I've seen a lot of information about people going down and getting their addresses, licenses, and vehicle registrations set up, but I've never seen anyone mention the self employed side of it.
