Entertainment Industry Vanlifers?

Hi all, I'm a reporter at The Hollywood Reporter in Los Angeles and I'm currently writing a story on people in the entertainment industry who are embracing living in a van on a semi-permanent basis. I'm looking to learn more, and I'd love to chat if you work in the industry and/or know someone who does and might be open to talking. I'm happy to talk on or off the record. The people I knew who made it in the industry did it working for free on daddy's money for years until they finally made it through connections or otherwise. Something like The Hollywood Reporter actually might have an interest in reporting on real people if not just for a laugh or contemptuous shrug?

However, I don't match the profile that Katie is looking for. I'm more of a road tripper than a van dweller. I live in a condo and vacation in my car.

I've been creating video game soundtracks for 32+ years, and for the last 2 1/2 years from the road in a motorhome (where I built my own mobile studio / work space). Do i qualify?
