Maybe base it on something like this? 

The secret to super cheap Chinese electronics, is assuming the max rating is not real.

Best case it gets real hot run up to anywhere near the published max rating.

Worst case they meant "for 5min at a time" and you get to see it release the magic smoke.

Nice thing about eBay is try a few, claim refund on the ones that fail, have the #2 around as a spare.

But always report test results here!

You realize that your computer was just part of what was run on those days. My 12v fridge, hotspots, booster, and my computer are a bigger chunk of power than your gaming computer.

No I didn't.  As much as you get stalked and especially with the new video out I kind of assumed your batteries last so long because the only time you get to use them is when everyone is asleep!

Yes I did but still.  The one time you were still that I noticed was unfortunately the day I woke you up. 

It's definitely pay to play out here.
