HEY BOOKNDOCKERS! Looking for a private quiet place to park for a week? Maybe a month or two? Dont have a lot of money, trying to save some money? Well, we have a great spot in the back of our yard for someone like you! Its secluded, near downtown. Plenty of room. We dont ask much, just do some work around the yard, etc. (DEFINITELY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN RUN WATER/ELEC. AND POSSIBLY PUT IN A RESTROOM TYPE AREA ON THE SPOT, MAYBE IN THE OLD SHED) and/or pitch in for whatever utilities you use if you can... All guests will be on a weekly or monthly basis; Never to initially exceed 60 days, but we can play that kind of thing by ear. No loud partying, please, but we are Beer, Music, and Trees friendly. We dont mind what you do to unwind at the end of the day; But we will not allow drunkards, junkies, or slackers to stay. Pets are fine, but not a bunch of them; and they have to be friendly with the yard cat. You can run a power cord and a hose to the back area for your site, as we wont have you in and out of our house, kitchen and bathroom, though. Thats all your responsibility. Which is why we prefer an RV'r or somebody with a self contained rig. Thanks for reading. Maybe we can help each other out!
