Thanks Nelda. Since I have a vintage camping trailer, I am always looking for the same and other tiny spaces. There are several entrepreneurs, including women, who have renovated little vintage campers and set them up complete with everything you need to camp or use as a guest room. Looks like the average price is 75 dollars a night and up+set up. If at a park, you pay all fees.
Makes sense if you are thinking about a tiny house or camping if you have never been. It costs a lot to just set up a family for tent camping, then if no one likes it, everything gets thrown on CL at a loss.

No free breakfast No swimming pool No room service. For $125 I'm out. I'll stay in the van.

I know uh, whoever the post before me is (Prince?). There is still money out there. The little vintage campers I referred to just have porta potties and they rent for a lot. I did read the Tiny Homes article and there is a hotel that supplies room service.
Not for me but I love to see small mom and pop businesses doing well.

I like the tiny houses...... But, I have to agree with a comment that was made on the tiny house blog that was mentioned in the article;

"One reader said the houses look like they’re too close together and need some landscaping to add privacy."

The Tiny Houses are cool, and the idea is great....... However, the owners could have done better by setting up shop on a piece of property that was more inviting, and one that offered a little more privacy and space.

With the price of a one night stay being $125, you would expect more. The asphalt and lack of the feel of nature really kills it for me! JMO.

Some could tell in one or two nights if they would like living in one. Seems to me it would take longer to make a decision. Hope they have lower weekly rates.
