Cost of a Bulkhead partition

Pick n pull wants $75 and I'll have to pull it , then after installing I'll still have to insulate it and buy a skin material for the inside total cost probably around $115

If I buld one out of wood total cost will probably be around $130

That much money plus I'll have to do all that work doesn't sound good. 

Here's a picture of my current partition , just 1.5" foam board glued to aluminium angle , doesn't block all light

I wish I had a picture of the one I built for my own van. Made it out of 3/4 plywood and carpeted it with indoor/outdoor carpet. Took awhile to get it just right, but had it cut so tight to the contours of the van you couldn't slip a piece of paper between it and the wall of the van. Had a door as well. Only reason I made it was at the time I had a 130 lb Mastiff who thought she was a lap dog and wanted on my lap as I was driving!
