Any suggestions for removing antifreeze from carpet?
I moved my heat exchanger inside under my bench/bed and had a small drip in the hose connection that I didn't catch.
I have a spot that is soaked about the size of a 5 gallon bucket.
I do have a professional carpet machine to extract with but not sure what type of chemicals to use or if just soak with water rinse repeat over and over would be best.

yes plain old water over and over. actually if you could take the carpet out it is much easier. highdesertranger

I found on a classic car forum a guy who contacted prestone and they recommend straight water.

I will let you know how it turns out.
