I just plotted it out. It's approx 1400 miles from LHC to Houston. Good days work for a hardy meal. I figured Terlingua would have been one of the closer stops in Texas. Liv ever tell you which city she actually lives in? I'm guessing Tyler.

I will take the clickbait.  Florida would be too far to drive just for a ZZ Top Concert. So I would venture to guess Louisiana.

Liv will never tell, if she hasn't already told you, H. Actually, LA was my first choice, I just wanted to see if she'd be tricked "twice". She saw it coming. She said she saw ZZ-Top when she was in school in TX. They were in Tyler, I believe, and their beards had not grown out as yet.

Getting back to CFS, this was my breakfast this morning. Completely home made chicken fried steak from The Alabama Hills Cafe in Lone Pine. The steak was as big as my head and was on top of a pile of gravy, and it was amazing!!!

Thanks, Blanch. I've been in the restaurant in the front of the building a couple of times - with all the pictures of the movie stars, as I recall. Next time will have to try the one in the back.

I was watching CaravanCarolyn's latest video. They stopped at the Blue Water Casino in Parker for the breakfast buffet, and there is a big tray of CFS.
