Not a bad price, but you'll need to factor in running AC 24/7 for several months, since Wickenburg is pretty much on par with Phoenix climate...

Do they have a storage rate for the months you are not on site?

My base has a $220/month+Elec FHU or $100/month in storage mode NoHU.

FHU is Full Hook Up.
NoHU is No Hook Up.
Elec is Electricity.
$ is US Dollar.

Wickenburg is comfortable (if you can take 80+ highs) in April and October.
