We found a very nice and quiet RV Park in a country setting surrounded by forest recently for anybody interested in some place cheap to hold up for the winter and you are allowed evidently to build a tiny house, skoolie, van build or what have you.  Several are being built right now from what we could see from the road.  Former tenants in town told us you can even bring in a storage shed, no charge, plenty of parking and we can see there are several mechanics that live there now.  Dog friendly too.  We drove through while back and asked an elderly man about the place and it IS $175 per month plus electric and the manager lives on the end.  We couldn't find a phone number but you could call City Hall and find some contact info.  It is down the hill behind an all blue building that they said was a Rock Shop or something and the sign out front says Aspen Grove RV Park.  It is at 74 W. Curlew Lake Road in Republic WA for anybody that wants a safe place to live and work on their build while living there.  Looks like lots of people to help too if you needed it.  They are all building things.
There is a big market, library, Napa Auto, Hardware Store and new lumber yard for all the things you might need.  Also a hospital and vet too.  There looks to be only a few sites left at this place.  It's small, only maybe 6-7 spaces and they said it was night and quiet.  No druggies.  Safe for women.

Welcome to the CRVL forums sydneygreen747! Sounds like a nice place but it can get pretty cold in Republic in the winter. Spring and fall should be great though.

To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

Currently highs in the 40's and low of 20 degrees with chance of snow at Republic WA, a little chilly.  -crofter
