So, for a simple easy to find mixture, maybe a combination of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. ???
Those might help some, but I don't think that they will take care of the odor.

Either the Calcium Nitrate  and/or the minerals in Happy Camper would be needed to block the odorous sulfur compounds.

I used a Thetford cassette toilet for years in my Aliner. I loved it. It is more sanitary than dumping your black tank in a big RV. I used Oderlos to treat the tank and there was no odor whatsoever coming from the tank, just the fresh poop in the bowl before flushing. To control this odor I would sometimes leave the flush valve open when doing my business, only to spray the bowl clean, rinsing any adhering tissue down when done. (sorry for the vivid description)

Here's a link to the product. It is pretty cheap as only about 1/4 of the packet is needed per tank.

I loved the fact that I could dump it at any toilet anywhere. I usually did so every 5-7 days for the waste of both of us when about 3/4 full. The 7 gallon tank was too heavy for me to carry and handle easily when completely full.

Of course it will have an odor when dumped - sort of like taking a dump, but it's outside your RV so doesn't smell it up. It's typically in a bathroom toilet, so who cares? Just flush the toilet and dump the contents while holding a big red button to let air in and the content flows out cleanly and smoothly - though not completely odor free. ;)

I seem to recall people mentioning spraying a little soapy water into the inside of the bowl before use, to help keep it clean and poopy stuff from sticking, which is always gross. IE, assuming the bowl is not the kind that is always flooded. Would soapy water spray go well with use of the other non-smell chemicals?

In looking back at some of my notes, I now remember why I kept using the calcium nitrate along with the Happy Camper. The reason is that the calcium nitrate both feeds the bacteria and provides oxygen as it is broken down. The oxygen needs to be in solution so an occasional add of an oxidizer like Oxyboost will help too.

I've been using Fabuloso in my RV. No Smell at all. (well, except the fabuloso). I put it in the sink traps when I store it as well.

It's just my opinion and mean no offence :) but if you need a heated toilet seat you just might not be CRVL material (C for cheap) . I am not saying you should not be here this forum is open to everyone and so is the road. I have a friend that spent 500K of a luxury motorhome and he has enough money that when the tanks are full he pulls into a RV dealer and says service it and clean it. He then stays in a motel over night and pics up his "fresh" rig the next day and continues the journey. Go for it if you have the cash. I have a heated toilet seat - it is warmer when I stand up than when I sat down.
