A friend sent a link for this prebuilt kit for a Ram Promaster City van.  Quite slick but $7.000.  Has nice features that could be copied or for those that don't know how or are unable.  Even has a compressor fridge.

Thanks for this link.  I'm designing a Promaster City build, and these pix answered a question I had about the bed height, and sitting up in bed.   The problem is that pesky high wheel well (about 17")  I see that they made a cut-out in the bed for the top of the wheel well.  Not ideal, but what are you gonna do?
