I don't think most trailers have pressure treated floors. On mine they blew on some kind of stuff on the bottom to protect it and did nothing on the inside, it's just 3/4 plywood.

I think that's the norm. Mine had no weird smells except what I put in when I treated the floor with some kind of floor varnish. Took a couple weeks for that to get out.

You are right.  I looked at a dozen trailer sales sites and only one listed a pressure treated floor as standard.  One site did list it as an option.  Most sites mentioned undercoating as standard.  The trailer that highpsiguy got is an exception not the rule.
