Thank you for the input folks.
I have been having some nuerological issues and challenges with decision making
On one hand getting a quality truck as my wife is sensitive to Mold and chemicals.may be challenging
But willing to do what's necessary
She won't like the idea of bankrupcy/repossession after using.her father's inheritance for the.downpayment
I was in a wreck hit by a truck in phx
Geico reimbursed me 5,800 last week.and said the will pay me remainder from the 8,700 differemce once I receive caiforinia title and submit possesion to coparts.
The Crv runs great at 200,009 miles.Its.just that the Ac my wife can't tolerate the mold
I would have been reinbursed.8,700 but awaiting.
As of now about 10k of savings in my account with chase since the reimbursement
It may cost 2-3k to fix exterior dents missing bumpers and try to fix the salvaged title it turned.into.after the accident.
Triple.AAA for both vehicles is the same as having one.[160/month]
Lyft driver suggested consider spending some of the 10k on something for 8k used an make money an that the silverado would be too.much of a gas guzzler
[My ssdi attorney friend in Orlando said it depends on the adjucator who reviews your ssdi review every 3 years when I asked if working part time cause them to cut you off disability.
And that it may be better to go.through ssdi ticket to work program. Not sure if there program offers doorsdash, lyft,et
And 40k in the joint credit union i am.learning to work.with the mistake.and minimizing damage
I know we are human and all make mistakes and would like to learn from this
My wife still prefers paying 680/month as it will help her credit score at 630
And brought up the idea of selling it or trading it in after some payments are made. She feels adamant about building up her credit and mentioned she has no problems with usuing the funds in inheritance to make the payments
Though she's open to Returning the vehicle/some kind of settlement as
The whole goal behind what i have posted is Fredom to live in Florida winter or NC,GA in the summer a good area away from pollution on our 1880 income
I understand I'm more primitive in that I can do without toilet but My wife needs to be more comfortable with larger toliet, shower and these type of Rvs run 40k at 27ft.
She feels crammed in anything smaller
Sensitive to mold and chemical offgassing so it's like 1 out of every 10 Rvs at camping world work for her [as an example ]
She's also open to me living in the vehicle and her staying in housing [whether sect 8 or studio lease that more flexible month to month]
With Mold illness we are open to unconventional living arrangements that differ from traditional norms in marriages
As bullfrog suggested one option is to hire an attorney
Appreciate any input folks
