Has anybody have any experience building their own bicycle RV /camper. I want to build a bike RV/Camper so I can have my own space and privacy.

Honestly!, I want to build something that gets around the Tiny house on wheel zone rules in California and I do not want to deal with DMV either. I just want to build a place for me and my dog to stay in my sister back yard or driveway.

Example:

I don't have any experience building a tiny trailer but I was looking at tiny trailers recently and saw one that was bicycle powered. Here's the forum.

I hope this is new to you &/or helpful.

Cheers

There have been discussions on www.bentrideronline.com over the years. Mostly directed at recumbent bikes, but nothing which couldn't be modified to diamond frame bikes. Might be worth a search there.

Something like this:

Or perhaps this:

They say Airstreams are the easiest towing trailer in the world, but I wouldn't want to try to stop one going down hill. I wonder if it has trailer brakes? ;)

Seriously though, here's a link that might be of interest: http://weburbanist.com/2012/10/15/bike-campers-12-mini-mobile-homes-for-nomadic-cyclists/

I think a better solution would be something like this towed with a little 50cc no license required scooter:

Go to the teardop trailer forum and look for the foamie section. They are building small trailers out of foam insulating panels.
