Hi Bob,  Have really enjoyed watching your travel logs and love the girls. Seeing the northern pictures have brought back memories of fishing in Alaska and also on Vancouver Island.

Safe Travels!

Chicken, Alaska...old mining town, still active.  Traveling the Taylor Hwy portion of the Klondike Loop.

The rattlesnake hunters actually found 2 rattlesnakes in the last couple days.  Luckily they stayed their distance and just barked a lot.

Interesting on the lack of solar. Presently with 320 W solar,200 AH battery, ... But your situation has me wandering if I need a generator ??
MM

Most of Alaska averages less than 1 hour of insolation (full sun equivalent) a day;  the southern edge has up to 2.  Texas averages about 5 hours.

If you are going to be in Texas or the Southwest I would think 320W would be sufficient. Unless you want to run A/C or something.
