An Interesting catch... evidently the smaller cod got caught without me knowing it and the Irish lord swallowed him.  I had to remove the 75% swallowed cod from his throat then remove the hook from the cod.  Miraculously both swam away unharmed:)

I enjoy your pictures of all the neat places you stop at.  I guess coddiwomple is really working out for you.
By the way, that big fish is sure ugly! :D  At least from that angle.

Happy Trails

Jewellann & Q........she's having a pre-bedtime nap

Masterplumber...glad they're working out for you, I really like mine after almost a year now.

TxJaybird....not only are they ugly, they have a mouthful of teeth and every fin has is very sharp. Not my favorite fish to catch for sure. :)

Modified the step stool today.  Got tired of the rubber feet on the legs falling off and their sinking into soft ground.  Soooo...bought some high speed Official Wimbledon Tennis balls and proceeded to ruin them by cutting an "X" in them and inserting them over the legs.  Much wider and less cutting edge feet.  We'll see if they float better and work as hoped.

Rough but beautiful trip up the Dalton Hwy crossing the Arctic Circle to Deadhorse/Prudhoe Bay Ak.  Was going to head back towards Fairbanks today but raining and very foggy so will sit the day out here.  Lots of pictures and video to share once I get back to better internet in a few days.  Life is good.
