A somewhat skeptical, somewhat curmudeonly, somewhat admiring view of vandwelling, published in a short article on bloomberg.com on June 28:

When he mentions the cost of a Mercedes Sprinter van all tricked-out for van life, he says: "Basically, people with money eventually ruin everything, and now they've gentrified sleeping in a van by the side of the road."
Haha! Although I don't like to villify people with money just because they have it, that made me chuckle. I thought the article was interesting.
