Looks good, Blars! &nbsp;Does this mean we have "on-demand" cookies available? I hope you had lots of &nbsp;heat with the onslaught of cooler temps... Brrrrrr!!!

Running a convection oven off of solar just isn't practical, I'd need three hours of bright midday sun for each hour of running the oven if I had a big enough inverter and battery bank.&nbsp;&nbsp; Maybe I'll get a solar oven.<br><br><br>
