what's amazing is only one of those RV's has solar panels. must be a bunch of park hoppers. highdesertranger
 
I useto live a couple of blocks from that.. Not a great looking spot. Never was.​
 
Santa Cruz has a 24 Hr Fitness that U might fit a van into their
parking lot but probably not bigger.

There might be parking along the sea shore over night.

& I believe the Safeway Grocer is 24 Hours
