Battery questions

I'm not a full timer, but I do travel quite a lot and camp in my van. I'm thinking of adding a house battery to my minivan. Here's my question, is there enough voltage coming through the many 12v power outlets to charge the house battery.

Voltage,yes.But,the outlet won't handle the amps.

Thanks Bob. I did find a previous posting that said run wiring directly from alternator.
I guess I should have searched before posting.
