Battery Charger

Does anyone know of a charger that you can set up a custom charging profile?

The only thing I have seen is the Victron multiplus inverter/chargers that let you input your own settings.

You would think something exists but I have yet to find one.

I havent looked thru all their products but that site sells a kit with a 100 watt monocrystalline panel and pwm charge controller for $565! Yikes!
