The only issue with "matching" panels to batteries is capacity ratio.
But even that is just a ballpark "rule of thumb", which greatly varies depending on how reliable bright sunshine is where you travel.
As long as
you take out less than you put in
you could have a bank of 20 of those (excellent quality and value BTW) batteries, no problem - other than space, weight and cost
.
If you don't have the knowledge and gear to measure input vs outgo,
our fear is that you will pull a "too large" bank down so far it takes a month to get them back to Full - which you should do most cycles for longevity.
The real questions (besides insolation above) are, what are your usage needs, and what charge sources do you have to refill the bank *other* than solar?
