How many of you guys eat grain free? Who has problems with grains? I mean terrible heart burn that make you want to scream,IBS and extreme mood swings(last one through me for a loop!)rashes (or really allergies)<br />I was thinking about this because being in the van means I will be cooking less and I cook ALL my breads and stuff cause I can't eat the breads bought in the store. <br />here is an example. <a href="http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=363519&page=1&pp=15"><span style="color: #ff0000;">oopsie rolls</span> </a><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #000000;">This is just a basic recipe.
