We've been traveling all over the Southern & SW US and using Amazon has been somewhat of a pain. If in a larger city, the Amazon Lockers have been fine. I have PO boxes in two towns here in NM (home base, though we're often gone) and until just a couple of months ago, many items I wanted to order couldn't be delivered to the PO Boxes without the street address of the p.o. box (which I had in Tucson).
Just in the last couple of weeks, except for larger items, just about everything I've ordered from Amazon has been sent UPS Surepost. It has made getting our packages much easier as our son picks up the mail and holds it until we make it back to town (TorC).
It just adds a couple of days to the delivery time, which kinda defeats the purpose of Amazon Prime. Though nowadays, we're never in hurry. FYI for those of you who use PO boxes.
