There are a bunch of handicapped spots near the pedestrian exit from the lot. It will save you a few hundred feet depending on how full the lot is, but you have a ramp to go down and a couple hundred feet to get to the border. On the Mexico side, sidewalks are uneven, packed with vendors, and not all corners have ramps to get to the street. I wouldn't want to try it in a wheelchair or walker.

Thanks for the information. I lived in Rock Island, Illinois it can't be as bad trust me.
