Not for tall people, I can't sleep scrunched up anyway, even 75" is too short for me without a bit of overhang space, with hard walls right at the edges 80" or forget it.

I do like the inflatable idea for structural support rather than folding legs etc.

Anyone know resources for DIY plastic (vinyl?) welding to create custom shaped pieces?

They come in different sizes. Make sure you buy the one that's the right size for your vehicle.
