This is a seldom used mobile wellness van - no seats were mounted as bus was never used to transport people. The wellness program ended with Covid19, so now ready for conversion.
A few other positives - there was added at time of purchase a generator to power 4 120v outlets in the bus, but also rarely used. Less than 8 hours on the generator. Windows tinted, alarm added, roof-mounted AC. Interior excellent and ready for build-out.
Mechanically very sound - runs well. No issues. Some rear fender right damage from a slow back up into a retaining wall. Otherwise, no accidents with a clean report. Please see recent Craigslist posting.
