I was looking at the 4Patriots power stations (until I saw the prices) since they had some really great reviews, but I couldn't find the specs on them (Not even to see what kind of battery was in it). Their website didn't show the battery specs or wattage of the inverters, so no way to know.
It seems that has recently changed (they listed their specs on the website? I haven't been back) and Hobotech posted a review of the 4Patriots power stations (solar generators) just based on the specs listed on their site. Seems that my gut was right and the most likely ARE just con-men trying to take advantage of people trying to "buy American".
