Trying to get the gatherings and resources in one place.
If you have a gathering, consider placing it here.
If you have something to offer or needs it should be easy to remember key words, 2017 Ehrenberg to find this thread again.. If you place a resource for a local tire shop, vet etc. Try to include the phone number. If you have a bad review about a recource, let us know so we may make our decision.

Gatherings, time date and place, and remember to bring a chair and plates etc. If you can not bring something to share, please, never let that stop you from coming and enjoying yourself. This is a wonderful little community, we help each other out as best we can.

Try to keep this thread clear and without much chitchat so people like me can find things.

Mods, if there is a single thread like this, delete mine.

I've been asked to post a gathering here today Feb 2 for groundhogs day. 4pm. A few kind folks are making some barbq chicken and pasta. I'm trying my first peach cobbler I've ever made.

This is held about half way to the community hall, also known as the table in the middle of nowhere. Look for a big white tent on the left as you are heading to the table. It has a white van by it, you won't get confused.

I know, late notice but the chicken had to be cooked today.

Massage offered.
One of our own, Deborah B has set up a big green and tan kelty tent a little to the left and back from the table in the middle of nowhere.
She works by donation.

Text only please 1-318-789-9327 For an appointment.
Beginning Feb 3rd, she will be at the tent from 11til 1:00 PM. Drop ins welcome between 11 and 1.

Free stuff, books and food is on the community table. Services offered or needed are posted there too. When the table is needed just put stuff that's on it, under it.

Oh snap. I wish... double wish ... I had not gone to the rtr (except for the 10 or so people I met) and had instead delayed and gone to Ehrenberg instead... smaller group... yeah.

So we just rolled into Arizona from New Mexico.

Assuming we headed across I-10 to Ehrenberg, do you think there would be someplace we could park and visit for a few days?  We have our homebuilt 27 foot rig pulling a 17 foot sailboat (pic attached so you will recognize us when you see us stuck in the sand )

I need a spot where I can spread out and finish up the wiring on a cnc milling machine I built in the rear pod.   Then I can carve everyone a nameplate or something :)

Might eventually go up to Lake Havasu (seems SO crowded there though)

We managed to get in and out just fine with a 32 ft class A with very little ground clearance, so you should be just fine.

Maybe a bit of a delay getting to Ehrenberg.  We stumbled across the awesome BLM area around Saddle Mountain near I-10 going west toward Ehrenberg and have plopped down here for a few days to explore the mountain.   Lots of rocks, cactus, and fun hiking.

How long does everyone stick around Ehrenberg?

Ill be here till heat runs me out. I am down by the river tho now. Probably alternate between here and 'the moon' near the quarry.

Just a heads up...people have been leaving FREE items on the Round Table. Not sure if this is okay or not, but you might want to make a point of swinging by and taking a look. I suppose as long as no one puts junk up there, it will all go...or maybe folks should take back their contributions if they don't get snagged before they leave the area, so as not to leave anything for other people to have to clean up. Just a thought...

I am coming in today. Is the river near where camp is? I know I have read some are near the river. Can someone point me in that direction please?
