Check this one out on CL, people -- amazing what people are asking for these old vans!! 26K miles -- 1,000 miles per year....spent its whole life sitting in a garage. Not sure if that is a good or a bad thing. Not seriously considering it but thought the ad was interesting.

Rubber will deteriorate over time. Plus from my understanding a vehicle being used on a more regular basis will be *happier*.

As to his price... I guess the market will be the illuminator.

Plastics, like interior parts and snap connectors, get brittle and break easily after so many years. I have a 1986 E150 cargo van and a 1988 E150 Conversion Van. I am very familiar with this.
New owner will become a serious Rock Auto customer.....

He can ASK anything he wants. What he GETS may be a lot less.

".......spent its whole life sitting in a garage." With all of the rubber seals drying out.....

Yep, I don't know how anyone could keep that from happening with a vehicle just sitting like that.
