I think the list is missing a whole lot of stuff, particularly if you're buying an older RV.

When I was looking at new motorhomes, I saw that the finish work was shoddy, trim falling off even in the lot! Cheap press-board instead of real wood. A couple of them had outlets that were just hanging by the wall board...not even on a stud! Door hinges that will not ever stand up to the vibrations. Etc.etc

This was just the cursory look. Asking about insulation, I learned there really isn't much and what there is is that pink stuff that will rot your studs. Asking about how robust the wiring is...yeah..salesman had no idea. When I started to ask about the pex plumbing...this is where the salesmen gave up on me. They do not want knowledgeable buyers. Guess why.

I have a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) that contains 240 bullet points. That's at a minimum 240 things to check, and I say minimum because some of the points list more than one item to inspect, such as windows/screens/latches/hinges all in proper working order. Among the 240 points of inspection are some obvious ones and some not so obvious, ones that'll have you thankful that you had a list to go by. Initially, I considered answering your question,"What else should be in there?", but with 240 points in 11 pages, this is as far as I got.
