I used to live in the small town of Creston and I also lived up north of Spokane in a cabin on the shores of Deer Lake........winters could be very cold and lots, of snow. I'd like to hear more about 12 volt coolers, mine was an energy hog..... Propane is much more efficient in mho, but expensive and I do not know how they would fit a van. I found it was easy to do without a cooler last winter while in Q.
