As a small qualification on this.. yes, you must notify DMV of your change of address.. but, there is no requirement to actually have it changed on the physical license.. in fact theres an extra fee if you want to ::) so its easy to have them different for years on end.

Have to agree fully with Bob on this one..  more times than I can count I would be pulling limbs off the roof that I had snapped getting back into a spot, my truck sits near 12' in height.  and the departure angle has come so very close to hanging me up a few times.. I could remove the back...

I believe that in AZ is is a legal requirement that you have access to the property.. be it through easements or an established trail/road, you cant be denied access.

No AC, though I had thought about it <grin>  I used to be a hardcore computer gamer, so had those there to enable me to be on the laptop rain or shine for days on end...  a bit of an overkill!  the panels did well with them, but probably could have used another panel to top them off quicker :)...
