Just had a bit of a panic attack.  What am I thinking, going off alone into the desert?!?!?!    7 days and counting until I leave.   I can do this, I can do this.... It's just a little unnerving, boondocking alone.

I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I've never used one.  Found a 2 1/2 qt cast iron one today for $12.   Once I get there, (Jan 1), is someone willing to give me a introductory lesson on using one?

Actually, baking.  Is it possible to bake in a hibachi?  Just a thought, might have to try it before I hit the road, but if someone else already has, I'd like to hear about your experience.
