I have a 1994 Airstream class b. It surges or misses off and on. Sometimes I can feel it in the rear of the van, like a clunk, a slip and then a grabbing hold again. It does fine climbing steep hills, this mostly happens when stopped at lights, or going down the highway. I'm mechanically inept...

Going to look at 1994 Airstream 190 w/ 93,300 miles. Seller says he has all maintenance records since new. It's in Chandler, AZ, I'm in Tucson. Found 2000 RT. Has 130k miles on a Chevy chassis. He'll take 17000.00. Mechanic will check for $135.00. Is it all worth it? Gideon33w suggests taking off cost of all maintenance items off the top so my offer would be much less than 17000.00.  What do y'all think? This is in AZ. Thanks!

I am thinking of buying 2001 Pleasureway Lexor on a Dodge chassis. Guy says 33k miles, (only took it on vaca to CA from AZ), has the service records, etc. Will have mechanic look at it. Wants $27500, NADA is $14500- $17450. If it checks out, what is a fair price? Thanks!

It has an old fridge, runs on electric, propane 3 burner. He just emailed me he'd  sell it for 7500 and take out the stuff in it since I said I probably gut it.

He says he did the work himself except for the transmission, calls himself a wrench jockey.

He said he had all receipts, etc. Showed me paperwork on rebuilt tranny, 9/15. Said wasn't sure warranty would transfer on engine, something about having proof it was broken in correctly. Said all new drive train and new components on engine like radiator,power steering, fuel pump, hoses, etc...
