I run that area every once in a while.  I last pass through there while on my way to Trinidad, Colorado about 3 years ago. Have some Native American former workmates and  friends that come from around  that area. Most are Navajo.

No installation on the walls. The shower sucked no drain for the water, no plumbing either if you notice, so you would have to do a sponge bath. The bed was nice and so was the table. It would be a good van to go picnicking in on a day trip.
