When I need to do anything online I use my laptop on public WiFi or my phone as a hot spot. I use my phone for some things but very seldom for internet alone. Usually have no problem with navigating on CRVL with phone however.

You may be ok there. I was planning on heading up to Eagle Nest and Cimarron area and guess I still am based on where the heavier rain/flooding seems to be headed now. What does the foliage of the trees look like outside of Santa Fe?

What part of NM are you going to piddle in to miss incoming storms, Korey? I'm holding off heading to NM for at least next week to see what will happen due to weather from Hurricane Rosa.

Looks like a big, thick, bran flake to me. You may want it to keep the look but vinegar could probably brighten it up.

Thanks for the added info, DL. I have been debating on being in Valle Vidal in NM on either the 1st or 8th of October. That's above 9,000' although a little south of you. I have been in CO in Mid October before and leaves on aspens gone.

Great colors Suanne! It appears the foliage change is well ahead of the Foliage map and forecast that was posted recently. I have been playing with the dates on it hoping to hit around peak in northern NM and southern CO. Looks like I better get a move on. Cammalu, what time of year did...

Buffalo Pass is NW of Saguache not NE.

Buffalo Pass Campground in Rio Grande NF 27 miles NE of Saguache off Hwy 114. $5 night. Don't have a clue about cell signal though. Last time I was in that area the term cell signal would have gotten strange looks. Not too far from Cochetopa Pass.

You may have said before but is there a shortage of poker dealers? Also, after taking the class what does it take to get hired as a dealer? Maybe I should ask...what type of person would get hired. Age, physical appearance, etc....

I think it would be great if you could store your things for a while and try what you are talking about first and see how it works out. Same here though, if I make it to RTR this time I wouldn't mind being a neighbor. Sounds like you need some friends and there would be help there for you...
