181k in four years,now thats some driving,its not just the engine,its the transmission,rearend,wheel bearings etc.etc.
the price is nice and those vans have a good rep.
 
that thing has a butt load of miles on it for a four year old vehicle. there is more than just engine, I would be concerned about the transmission also. with that said just because it has 180k on it doesn't mean it will blow up tomorrow. this one should be checked out real close. highdesertranger
 
The general thought is that newer with more miles trumps older with fewer miles...Like Gary68 says, there will be lots to consider, but wear/maintenance items are far easier to deal with than the general rot and funk that goes along with old age.
